Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- We provide several shipping options but these may vary depending on your country. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times:

Sweden: 1-4 business days

Norway: Parcels are sent in bulk every Wednesday. Then estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days.

EU: 2-5 business days

USA: 3-7 business days

- We currently offer international shipping to most countries within Europe and to the US.

Shipping to the US
- We offer shipping to the US through UPS. Note that there will be added fees for handling and customs. If you have any questions let us know at: info@bubblisar.com

If your country is not on the list, let us know! We might be able to work something out :). We're also always looking to expand our reach and it is helpful to know where there is demand!
- International shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Please be aware that customs, duties, and taxes may apply to international orders outside the EU. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.
Shipping Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there is a mistake, please contact us immediately at info@bubblisar.com
Lost or Damaged Packages
- We are not packages lost from the mailbox. If your order arrives damaged, you should primarily contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, and then let us know at info@bubblisar.com
- If you did not receive your order, please contact us at info@bubblisar.com and we will assist you in tracking your package.
Returns and Exchanges
- If you have received the wrong product, or if there's another problem with your order, you might be eligible for a refund or an exchange. For more information on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Return Policy
If you don't collect your package
- Your package must be collected within 7 days from when the package has reached the parcel service point. If you do not collect the package, it will be sent back to us and you will be charged for the cost.
